First post

I used to blog using blogger (blogspot). But the platform was getting buggy, and with the explosion of social medias, there seemed to be a lot more ways to document my life. Or so I thought. The new platforms like Facebook, Snapchat, Instagram, Twitter were very fragmented and each has its own strengths. I found Twitter good at quick updates but bad at showcasing my recent travel logs and photos. Facebook was initially good but now is just a graveyards of my yesteryears filled with really awful news updates, random advertisements and irrelevant information. Instagram is good at trying to do simple photo and video sharing, but still hard to manage an album of photos.

And fate has it, coming back to a full circle, I am currently doing the NTU Advanced Professional Certificate in AI Engineering. Why not take this opportunity to finally set up my very own domain and design it however I like, and hopefully apply what I have learned. Which means, technically I should be prompting Claude to write out all these. Maybe later. I still wanna read my thoughts.

Side note: I am also learning French (Monday and Wednesday evenings), and Japanese (Tuesday and Friday evening) at the same time; and it recently occurred to me that I am also learning 2 other languages at the moment: Python and Javascript. 4 on-going language-learnings. I may have bitten off more than I can chew.

In any case, I do look forward to my classes, even though, the AI Engineering course is working my every brain cells very hard. I do not have programming background. I do not have engineering background. I do not know what I am doing in the class. Just kidding, I endeavor to have a basic proficiency (is this an oxymoron?) in the programming languages, as well as the AI engineering concepts and applications, by the end of the 3 months. <Look out of a new post at the end of my course at the end of November>
